JUMP OFF A BUILDING.
Going back to the Newcastle trip somewhere below.. there was work exhibited at The Baltic by a fella called Ed Templeton..
I've been an admirer of his since my skateboarding days in the early noughtys (I could do an ollie.... while moving.. i swear) He founded the company TOY MACHINE which focus' on skateboarding (mainly in America) but Ed Templeton also invented the whole style of the company, using his own child like graphics that are often pretty amusing and very clever! I kind of disregarded Toy Machine when everyone started acting like it wasn't cool to be into them sorts of companies. But looking back.. what an amazing company.
On the website, Templeton has his own section called Ed T's Cul-De-Sac of Lameness which acts as a photo blog and a database of a load of his work, photography, drawings, zines and books he's had something to do with.
